TI, in his tailored suit says, "your honor...NOT was Tip"

Yea I know a lot of people are happy and Tip is loving the fact he could pay for "justice." T.I.P copped a plea and according to the agreement will serve 1 year behind bars w/ a possibility of getting 15% time off for good behavior. But let's scratch the surface and look a little deeper. Justice really hasn't been served. This brotha (from the A) shouldn't be facing any time or house arrest to begin with. This man's constitutional right to bear arms was taken away and hence he's about to be a legal slave. Why? Because he's been labeled a felon until the day he dies because he was caught with a small amount of drugs when he was the ripe age of 17. Come on now...why was he charged as an adult? That's not justice. Not only should he not have been a felon in the first place, I believe this case was entrapment. This young, Black man gettin' money legit was targeted. Come on're spending all that money, time & effort settin' up Tip when mock bombs are getting past airport security with ease ....that's not justice...but whateva...If he was the average brotha from Decatur, the judge would have given my boy a 100 in a way...yea i'm happy he copped a sweet plea he's lookin' at all the haters in his rear view.

So Fresh. So Clean

I'm going to need a bag to keep my son so fresh, so clean when we're out (plus it can dub as a camera bag). Does anybody know of a cool baby bag for me or at least one that we both can carry for around a hundred bucks?

Minister Farrakhan Speaks On Obama

"...What are you trying to do to our brother? Why do you hate him so?...We are witnessing the phenomenal rise of a man of color in a country that has persecuted us because of our color, yet this young man is capturing audiences of black & brown & red & yellow & Native American, Asian.. If you look at Barack Obama's audiences and look at the affect of his words....those people are being transformed from what there were. ....His language is raising them above their racial, ethnic, cultural, religious differences and he is welding people into a bond that has never been seen before!....

You may not agree with him...then stand on the sideline and watch.....a lot of impediments have been thrown in his path....He seems to get around them...
What's going on? Who is this young man? How did they receive him in Africa? Do you think they would trust him in Africa as a president of the United States that he might help to reshape America's foreign policy toward Africa? How would they see him in the Middle East? How would they see him in Central and South America? How would they see him in Asia? Whether you are broad enough to open your eyes, this young man is the HOPE OF THE ENTIRE WORLD that America will change and be made better because a better man may become her leader."

America NEEDS Prophet Obama

"But I have asserted a firm conviction – a conviction rooted in my faith in God and my faith in the American people – that working together we can move beyond some of our old racial wounds, and that in fact we have no choice if we are to continue on the path of a more perfect union."

Woman sat on boyfriend's toilet for 2 years; didn't want to leave bathroom?

NESS CITY, Kan. — Authorities are considering charges in the bizarre case of a woman who sat on her boyfriend's toilet for two years” so long that her body was stuck to the seat by the time the boyfriend finally called police.

Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple said it appeared the 35-year-old Ness City woman's skin had grown around the seat. She initially refused emergency medical services but was finally convinced by responders and her boyfriend that she needed to be checked out at a hospital.

"We pried the toilet seat off with a pry bar and the seat went with her to the hospital," Whipple said. "The hospital removed it."

Whipple said investigators planned to present their report Wednesday to the county attorney, who will determine whether any charges should be filed against the woman's 36-year-old boyfriend.

"She was not glued. She was not tied. She was just physically stuck by her body," Whipple said. "It is hard to imagine. ... I still have a hard time imagining it myself."

He told investigators he brought his girlfriend food and water, and asked her every day to come out of the bathroom.

"And her reply would be, 'Maybe tomorrow,'" Whipple said. "According to him, she did not want to leave the bathroom."

The boyfriend called police on Feb. 27 to report that "there was something wrong with his girlfriend," Whipple said, adding that he never explained why it took him two years to call.

Police found the clothed woman sitting on the toilet, her sweat pants down to her mid-thigh.

Atlanta school abuses students

It's about time theses "alternative" schools are getting some bad press. I volunteered at one when I was in high school and I was totally disgusted and pissed at the teacher's attempt to reform these students. It was like being in a "nut house." It's definitely like a juvenile and there is no way a kid could possibly come out better after being sent to one of these schools. Education is not at the bottom of the list of's not even on the list.
A privately run Atlanta public school acts as a virtual prison that subjects students to routine body searches, leaves them unprotected against violence and fails to educate them, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday by, the American Civil Liberties Union.

The lawsuit targets both the Atlanta Board of Education and Community Education Partners, the private company that has a contract to run the alternative school for middle and high school students who have been expelled from regular public schools.

We need to hold our government accountable!

Since 2006 $8 million has been appropriated for the Justice Department to test the DNA of convicts who maintain their innocence. So far, none of it has been spent.

Pac's Life

Whenever Pac wakes up, he stretches like he's about to run in the Olympics (click pic below to see him stretch):

Yin Yang - Balance

Dictionary definitions of symmetry often mention correspondence of parts on either side of an axis after the idea of pleasing proportion, beauty, and harmony. One can apply the ideas of polarized opposites and harmonious complements to a seemingly infinite number of situations that exist in our lives and in the workings of the universe. Sir Isaac Newton is perhaps best known for his third law, which states that "for every action, there is opposed an equal and opposite reaction."

While the complementary "halves" of such relationships may not always appear to be equal (as in my tattoo), eventually most of them do turn out that way. Day and night are equal amounts of time only twice a year, at the equinoxes. But over the course of a year, every place on earth has day and night half of the time. Seeing Taoist balance often requires that the viewer step back, in either space or time, and take a longer view.

Oppression always breeds rebellion. So natural is this instinct that for the most part, things tend not to shift to extremes. The need for relative stability and balance usually keeps things hovering in a range near the center, but the greater the trend in one direction, the more extreme the response will be.

Yin and yang represents nature's ability to keep things in balance in a constantly shifting process of give and take.
